Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Grants. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation partners with educational leaders that share a commitment to advance the education of exceptionally promising students who have financial need. Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program. The scholarship program for applicants in the U.S. awards more than $100,000 every year. U.S. applicants need not be Mensa members.  The foundation’s International Scholarship Program is open to international Mensans. One scholarship is for those attending college in the U.S., while the other scholarships are for those attending college outside the U.S. The foundation’s college scholarship program bases its awards on essays written by the applicants. Consideration is not given to grades, academic program, or financial need.
