Workshop designed specifically for Gifted Coordinators. Two-session interactive workshop designed to guide gifted coordinators and school administrators to reflect on their journeys of self-discovery related to implicit bias. Attendees will focus on building culturally competent leadership, creating equitable identification practices, and building a culture of respect for all students.
